Pilexil anti-dry dandruff shampoo eliminates dandruff of fatty origin that occur with itching, dryness and even bleeding. It combats the appearance of scales and acts against the origin of dandruff. Once the dandruff is removed, there is no rebound effect, avoiding the appearance of more dandruff.
Dry dandruff appears due to lack of hydration, which causes drying on the scalp and scaling, appearing the characteristic white speckles. Malassezia furfur fungus is commonly found on the skin of the scalp, but when it becomes micellar it causes dandruff, accompanied by itching and inflammation.
When the scalp is dry, the dandruff that forms is white, dry, small and fine scales, which are easily detached. They are usually seen on clothing, on the shoulders
The Pilexi anti-dry dandruff shampoo has active ingredients that eliminate greassy dandruff and prevent its appearance:
- Terpineol + willow extract, with properties against excessive scaling of the scalp causing dandruff, and against itching
- Salicylic acid, obtained from willow extract, with keratolytic properties, that is, it eliminates excess of scales, both in the appearance of dandruff as in psoriasis and ichthyosis.
- Climbazol, antimycotic against the fungus Malassezia furfur. This fungus is naturally in our skin, but when it gets its mycelial form can cause the appearance of dandruff, with the appearance of scales. The antimycotic climbazol destroys the membranes of the fungus Malassezia furfur and, therefore, the cause of this alteration of the epidermis.
Instructions for use
Shake the container before use. Wet the hair and apply the shampoo, massaging the scalp gently until the appearance of foam. Leave on for at least 5 minutes and rinse with water.
Wash the hair every 2 days until the dandruff disappears. If it is necessary to wash daily, it is recommended to alternate with a frequently used shampoo.
