Treatment indicated for greasy hair, caked and dull. These symptoms are due to excess of sebum or capillary fat. Ducray’s Argeal shampoo absorbs sebum and regulates its production, getting it normalized and the hair becomes light and bulky. It contains in its formulation:

• Sabal serrulata, extract from the plant Serenoa repens that regulates the excess of sebum production and inhibits the enzyme 5α-reductasa, controlling and regulating the fat production.
  
• Soft Kaolin clay, to absorb excess of oil and to prevent its migration from the root through the hair fiber, while absorbing toxins and debris from the hair
  
• Volumizing agents, indicated for greasy hair that give lightness and volume to the hair

It can be used alone or you can alternate the Argeal shampoo with the shampoo Sabal, both of Ducray, for an effective control of the excess of severe sebum in the hair.

It can be used frequently. Cream shampoo with a very unctuous texture. You will notice a sensation of freshness in each application thanks to its soft perfume.

Oily hair is due to a deregulation of the sebaceous glands of the scalp, which secrete sebum. Sebum is a natural fat substance that is important to lubricate and protect hair from external aggressions like sun or bacteria. But an increase in its production causes the hair to become excessively shiny, caked and difficult to comb.

Fat production in the hair is regulated by androgenic hormones such as testosterone and the enzyme 5α-reductase. A state of excess of fat may be due to a genetic origin, stress or polluted environments.

This treatment effectively control excess sebum, normalizing its production. It is important to control the excess fat in the hair because it can even cause hair loss, in what is called seborrheic alopecia.

Instructions for use

Use 2 times a week and alternate with an intensive treatment shampoo such as Sabal de Ducray.

Treatment should be continued for at least 6 weeks.

The shampoo is in a tube with a cannula, to facilitate the application directly on the scalp.

Wet the hair and apply with the cannula touching the scalp the Argeal shampoo of Ducray. Massage gently with your fingertips to extend the shampoo and to induce foam. Leave on for 3 minutes before rinsing with water. Apply a second time.

It can be used frequently, even every day, not resecting the hair.

The frequency of washes decreases with washes as it regulates the production of sebum.
