In we accept several means of payment for the orders, all safe. The general rule is that we always ship the goods after confirmation of payment.

The forms of payment you can make are:

  • Paypal. This secure payment gateway is available. Payment by Paypal just requires a few minutes to be processed and confirmed. Please note that a small management fee is added, which you can see when selecting this option in the purchase process
  • Credit card. Using the Paypal option, you can pay by credit card with the secure payment gateway that puts Paypal at your disposal. To use this payment option you do not need to have an account with Paypal, just the data of your card. The payment process with credit card is very simple and with the security and guarantee Paypal. To use this system, follow these guidelines:
    • On the “Checkout” page, where you enter your data, on the right, you must select the payment option by Paypal
    • You will process the order by clicking the button “Go to Paypal”
    • It will take you to the Paypal page, where you can select one of these two options:
      • Pay with Paypal, if you have an account
      • Below it says, “Pay with Card”. Choose this option and fill out the form.
  • Wire transfer. You can make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use the order number as your payment reference. Your request can not be processed until the income is effective. At the time of ordering, by selecting the Bank Transfer option, you will get instructions in your email, with the details of your order and where to make the payment on account. If you forgot to include the order number as a payment reference, please contact us so we can resolve the issue and avoid possible delays.
    It is not necessary that you send us the proof of the transfer, although it is better that you keep it in case you forgot the order number as a concept. Keep in mind the time that banks use to make the transfer, which is usually two business days. Once we have confirmation of the payment, we will send you an email notification and we will begin to process your order.
  • Cash on delivery. You can make the payment of your order when delivered by the mail delivery. However, keep in mind that a small management fee is added, which you can see when selecting this option in the purchase process. There are limitations to this option: the return service can only be made for deliveries in mainland Spain and with a maximum order amount of 60 €. In addition, a customer can only make one order at a time, not being able to make another order against reimbursement until receiving the first one. Have the exact amount of your purchase ready for when the mail delivery arrives. Dealers do not usually accept another form of payment than cash and do not carry change.
  • Payment in cash or with card in store. You can come to our physical store and pay directly there when picking up the order. The limit payment in cash in store is € 2,500. With a card, the limit is marked by the expense cap that has the card itself
  • International Orders. We remind you that our store is located in Spain. Paypal offers the exchange of 25 currencies, but for Spanish-speaking America you only have the option to change from Mexican Peso to Euro. Equally reliable alternatives are Western Union or the International Postal Money Order at the Post Office. Finally, Bank Transfer is an easy and convenient way of secure payment. In the offices of your bank, Western Union or Correos also manage the change of currency to Euros. During the payment process, you will have the option to choose between bank transfer, Paypal or Western Union. If your choice is the International Money Order, select Western Union and indicate your choice by leaving a note in the order.

The orders are sent after confirmation of payment, except in those who have chosen the payment with repayment. The cash payment is only available for deliveries in mainland Spain and for orders under € 60.

When all products are in stock, we prepare and ship the order on the same day and the parcel service starts the next day’s transport. If we had to wait for a supplier to deliver an item to us because we did not have it at the moment in the warehouse, the shipment will be made at one time when all products are available for delivery. Usually the replacement of a product does not take more than 3 working days.

The shipment of the items purchased is done by the postal parcel system, specifically the service Paq 72h for domestic shipments, and the International Economic Package for international shipments, either to the European Union or to America.

Our packages are usually shipped within 1 to 5 business days. An order is shipped with all items together, so it is possible that when a product has been sold out in our warehouse, it is necessary to wait for the delivery of the product by the supplier before sending the package. Once all the products in our warehouse, we use the Service of Parcel 72 hours of Correos. In this link you can see the usual times of this service depending on your location. The delivery is usually 48/72 hours after the shipment of the goods for the peninsula, 2 to 4 days for the Balearic Islands and 4 to 5 days for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands.

For destinations within the European Union we use the International Economic Mail Service, whose delivery time is around 8 to 10 business days. Deliveries to America with the International Economic Package service, it usually takes 12-14 business days.

Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends, and times are on business days.
